Erin and Keith Koehne have over 40 years of combined service to children and families and are excited to partner with your school and community to help you meet your goals together.
Keith has served as a school and district leader in some of the highest achieving school systems in Southwest Ohio. He has been a Principal, Human Resources Director, Curriculum Director, and Assistant Superintendent in small, medium, and large-sized school districts. He has gained a reputation for building strong teams and leading innovation while engaging his community to develop a shared vision of student success. Keith facilitates our community engagement sessions and designs our feedback to school leaders.
Erin has served as a teacher, coach, and school counselor in high-achieving public and private schools in the greater Cincinnati area. She has been a trusted resource by school administrators for her student-centered problem-solving and clear communication with families. Erin leads our operations and synthesizes all conversations for tangible action.
